У магістерській кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємств аграрного сектору. Узагальнено наукові підходи до визначення сутності фінансово-економічної безпеки, розкрито її роль у забезпеченні стабільності та конкурентоспроможності суб’єктів господарювання в умовах нестабільного ринкового середовища.
На прикладі фермерського господарства ХХХ проведено аналіз організаційно-економічного стану та збутової діяльності підприємства, оцінено рівень його фінансово-економічної безпеки та ідентифіковано основні загрози. Запропоновано комплекс заходів щодо удосконалення фінансово-економічної безпеки, спрямованих на підвищення фінансової стійкості, ефективності управління ризиками та забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства.
The master’s qualification thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring the financial and economic security of agricultural enterprises. Scientific approaches to defining the essence of financial and economic security are summarized, and its role in maintaining stability and competitiveness of business entities under unstable market conditions is substantiated.
Based on the case study of the farm enterprise ХХХ, the organizational and economic performance and marketing activity of the enterprise are analyzed. The level of its financial and economic security is assessed, and key internal and external threats are identified. A set of measures aimed at improving financial and economic security is proposed, focusing on enhancing financial stability, risk management efficiency, and sustainable development of the enterprise.
