У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні засади управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю агропромислових підприємств в умовах євроінтеграції. Проаналізовано сучасний стан виробничо-збутової діяльності та управління зовнішньоекономічними операціями аграрних підприємств ***
області. Сформульовано та обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків підприємств регіону, удосконалення логістичних та збутових процесів, оптимізації механізмів планування та регулювання експортно-імпортної діяльності.The qualification work explores the theoretical and methodological
foundations of managing the foreign economic activities of agro-industrial enterprises
under the conditions of European integration. The current state of production and
sales activities, as well as the management of foreign economic operations of
agricultural enterprises in the Lviv region, is analyzed. Proposals aimed at improving
the efficiency of foreign economic relations of regional enterprises, enhancing
logistics and sales processes, and optimizing planning and regulatory mechanisms for
export–import activities are formulated and substantiated.
