Проаналізовано соціально-психологічні умови розвитку персоналу приватного навчально-виробничого підприємства «Яр Степ». Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення соціально психологічного розвитку персоналу НПВП «***» .
The qualification thesis examines the theoretical foundations of the socio economic development of personnel. The socio-psychological conditions for the development of personnel at the private educational and production enterprise “Yar Step” are analyzed. Ways to improve the socio-psychological development of personnel at the PEPE “***” are proposed.
