The choice of measuring instruments for the experimental 
determination of the dark VAR of the PV module as a function of the dark currents from 
the applied voltage, taking into account the range of their change under real 
operating conditions, is substantiated. A measuring circuit and a working model of the 
bench extension with switching devices for rapid change of polarity of the applied 
voltage, and measuring devices for the direction and range of current 
values of dark currents are developed
