АНОТАЦІЯ
У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено комплексне дослідження теоретикометодичних засад, сучасного стану та перспектив розвитку лікувальнооздоровчого туризму у Львівській області. У першому розділі розкрито сутність
лікувально-оздоровчого туризму як важливого елементу рекреаційної
діяльності, проаналізовано провідні світові практики його організації, а також
обґрунтовано методичні підходи до аналізу туристичних послуг лікувальнооздоровчого спрямування.Другий розділ присвячено оцінці природноресурсного потенціалу Львівщини, включаючи курортно-лікувальні ресурси, а
також структурному аналізу функціонування медичних, санаторно-курортних,
SPA та wellness закладів регіону. У цьому контексті здійснено аналіз рівня
попиту на лікувально-оздоровчі послуги, ефективності їх надання та впливу
екологічних умов на якість туристичних практик.
У третьому розділі окреслено концептуальні напрями оптимізації
організаційної моделі лікувально-оздоровчого туризму, виявлено ключові
проблеми та сформульовано перспективи розвитку галузі. Особливу увагу
приділено авторському проєкту створення регіонального туристичного
кластера «Оздоровча Львівщина» як інноваційного інструмента активізації
туристичної активності, підвищення конкурентоспроможності регіону та
сталого використання рекреаційних ресурсів.
ANNOTATION
The qualification thesis presents a comprehensive study of the theoretical and
methodological foundations, current state, and prospects for the development of
health and wellness tourism in the Lviv region. The first chapter explores the essence
of health and wellness tourism as a vital component of recreational activities,
analyzes leading global practices in its organization, and substantiates
methodological approaches to the analysis of tourism services in the health and
wellness sector. The second chapter is devoted to the assessment of the natural
resource potential of Lviv region, including therapeutic and resort resources, as well
as a structural analysis of the functioning of medical, sanatorium-resort, SPA, and
wellness institutions in the area. Within this context, the study examines the level of
demand for health and wellness services, the effectiveness of their provision, and the
influence of environmental conditions on the quality of tourism practices.
The third chapter outlines conceptual directions for optimizing the
organizational model of health and wellness tourism, identifies key challenges, and
formulates development prospects for the sector. Special attention is given to the
author’s proposed project of establishing a regional tourism cluster “Wellness Lviv
Region” as an innovative tool to stimulate tourism activity, enhance regional
competitiveness, and ensure the sustainable use of recreational resources..
