У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні основи системи менеджменту персоналу підприємства: економічна сутність системи менеджменту персоналу: цілі, функції та формування системи менеджменту персоналу підприємства, методика оцінки ефективності системи менеджменту персоналу; аналіз системи менеджменту персоналу підприємстві ПрАТ «***»: загальна характеристика діяльності підприємства, аналіз фінансово- економічної діяльності підприємства, аналіз ефективності використання персоналу підприємства, оцінка існуючої системи менеджменту персоналу підприємства; напрями удосконалення системи менеджменту підприємства ПрАТ «***»: проєкт з удосконалення системи менеджменту персоналу підприємства, економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації запропонованого проєкту.
