Робота присвячена дослідженню інноваційних підходів до управління аграрними підприємствами з інтеграцією принципів ресурсозбереження в умовах цифровізації економіки. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю підвищення конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств шляхом упровадження інноваційних управлінських рішень, використання досягнень науково-технічного прогресу та переходу до більш ефективних і екологічно орієнтованих моделей господарювання. У першому розділі розкрито теоретичні та методологічні засади формування інноваційного механізму забезпечення конкурентоспроможності аграрних підприємств, визначено роль інноваційної діяльності, інноваційного циклу та науково-технічного прогресу у зміцненні їх ринкових позицій.
У другому та третьому розділах здійснено фінансово-економічний та економіко-екологічний аналіз господарської діяльності фермерського господарства «***», визначено стадії його розвитку як передумову формування конкурентоспроможності. Обґрунтовано інноваційно-орієнтований механізм управління аграрними підприємствами, запропоновано напрями удосконалення економічного механізму управління виробництвом з урахуванням принципів ресурсозбереження та цифрових технологій, а також визначено способи підвищення фінансових результатів діяльності. Практичне значення роботи полягає в можливості використання запропонованих рекомендацій у діяльності аграрних підприємств з метою сталого розвитку та підвищення їх конкурентних переваг.
The study is devoted to the analysis of innovative approaches to the management of agricultural enterprises with the integration of resource-saving principles in the context of economic digitalization. The relevance of the topic is driven by the need to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises through the implementation of innovative managerial solutions, the application of scientific and technological progress, and the transition to more efficient and environmentally oriented business models. The first section examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for forming an innovative mechanism to ensure the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, emphasizing the role of innovation activity, the innovation cycle, and scientific and technological progress in strengthening market positions.
The second and third sections provide a financial-economic and economic-environmental analysis of the activities of the farming enterprise “***” and identify its stages of development as a prerequisite for competitiveness formation. An innovation-oriented management mechanism for agricultural enterprises is substantiated, and directions for improving the economic mechanism of production management are proposed, taking into account resource-saving principles and digital technologies, as well as ways to enhance financial performance. The practical significance of the research lies in the applicability of the proposed recommendations in the activities of agricultural enterprises aimed at sustainable development and strengthening competitive advantages.
