Удосконалення операційної діяльності підприємства

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено аналіз операційної діяльності «***», що дало змогу ідентифікувати ключові проблемні аспекти її функціонування та запропонувати ефективні управлінські рішення. Зокрема, розроблено практичні заходи щодо: запровадження переробки м’яса птиці як нової бізнес-одиниці, впровадження нових гібридів кукурудзи, адаптованих до ґрунтово-кліматичних умов регіону, що забезпечує вищу врожайність та рентабельність виробництва; інтеграції сучасних інформаційно комунікаційних технологій в операційні процеси підприємства, включаючи автоматизацію управлінського обліку та цифровізацію логістичних операцій. The qualification work investigated a comprehensive analysis of the operational activities , which made it possible to identify key problematic aspects of its functioning and offer effective management solutions. In particular, practical measures were developed regarding: the introduction of poultry meat processing as a new business unit, the introduction of new corn hybrids adapted to the soil and climatic conditions of the region, which ensures higher yields and profitability of production; the integration of modern information and communication technologies into the operational processes of the enterprise, including automation of management accounting and digitalization of logistics operations.
