Досліджено концепцію управління за центрами відповідальності та її застосування в управлінні прибутком підприємств ресторанного бізнесу. The concept of responsibility centre management and its application in the profit management of restaurant businesses is investigated. The methodology for assessing the effectiveness of responsibility centres in the restaurant business is considered. Directions for improving the profit management of restaurant businesses are identified.
