Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено особливості формування конкурентних переваг на прикладі ресторану «*** » й обґрунтуванні заходів щодо підвищення ефективності їх функціонування. Розкрито сутність понять «конкуренція» та «конкурентоспроможність» у контексті підприємницької діяльності. Охарактеризовано механізми формування конкурентоспроможності ресторану «*** » . Ідентифіковано сильні та слабкі сторони ресторану . Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення конкурентної стратегії ресторану «***». The qualification work examines the features of the formation of competitive advantages using the example of the restaurant “***” and the justification of measures to increase the efficiency of their functioning.The essence of the concepts of “competition” and “competitiveness” in the context of entrepreneurial activity is revealed.The mechanisms of forming the competitiveness of the restaurant “****” are characterized.The strengths and weaknesses of the restaurant are identified.Practical recommendations are developed for improving the competitive strategy of the restaurant “****”.
