Удосконалення організації управлінської діяльності на підприємстві

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі наведено теоретичні аспекти організації управління на підприємстві. Розкрито характеристику систем управління, типи структур управління, методи управління, методи контролю. Подано загальну характеристику досліджуваного підприємства, а також проведено аналіз ефективності організації управління у ТОВ «***». Визначено напрями удосконалення організації упралінської діяльності у досліджуваному підприємстві. Qualification thesis presents the theoretical aspects of the organisation of management at the enterprise. It describes the characteristics of management systems, types of management structures, management methods, and control methods. Work provides a general description of the enterprise under study, as well as an analysis of the effectiveness of management organisation in *** LLC. In the third section of the paper the directions of improvement of the organisation of management activities in the researched enterprise are indicated.
