У кваліфікаційній роботі наводяться теоретичні засади процедури діагностики господарського стану підприємства та етапи її проведення.. Проаналізовано систему діагностики середовища ТзОВ «***». Подана детальна характеристика підприємства та проведено діагностику фінансово економічного стану підприємства. Наведено пропозиції щодо удосконалення діяльності ТзОВ «***» на основі SWOT-аналізу.
The qualification paper presents the theoretical foundations of the procedure for diagnosing the economic condition of an enterprise and the main stages of its implementation. The diagnostic system of the environment of “Agrolife Kormy” LLC is analyzed. A detailed description of the enterprise is provided, along with a diagnosis of its financial and economic condition. Proposals for improving the activities of “***” LLC based on SWOT analysis are presented.
