Геодезичні роботи при розробленні містобудівної документації

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні та практичні аспекти геодезичного забезпечення містобудівної документації, зокрема детальних планів територій. Розглянуто вихідні дані для розроблення містобудівної документації та теоретичні основи геодезичних робіт, що забезпечують точність топографічних і кадастрових матеріалів. Представлено місце розташування ділянки, кадастрову інформацію та існуючі обмеження у використанні земельних ділянок, що дозволяє оцінити законність та доцільність планувальних рішень.

The qualification work explores the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of geodetic support for urban planning documentation, in particular detailed plans of territories. The source data for the development of urban planning documentation and the theoretical foundations of geodetic works that ensure the accuracy of topographic and cadastral materials are considered. The location of the site, cadastral information and existing restrictions on the use of land plots are presented, which allows assessing the legality and feasibility of planning decisions.
