Abstract

The main factors of technological processes of sausage production are analyzed, the goal and objectives of the work, the sequence of its implementation are determined. The strategy of technical service of equipment of sausage workshops is substantiated, depending on the operating conditions and operating hours. The organizational and technological prerequisites for organizing technical service of equipment of sausage workshops are described, a plan of a universal site for performing technical maintenance and repair of technological machines and devices is proposed.
