Сучасний стан і перспективи розвитку екскурсійної діяльності у Львівській області

Abstract

Анотація Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану та перспектив розвитку екскурсійної діяльності у Львівській області як одного з ключових напрямів туристично-рекреаційної діяльності регіону. У першому розділі роботи проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні засади екскурсійної діяльності в Україні та світі, уточнено понятійний апарат, визначено функції, класифікацію та роль екскурсій у формуванні туристичного продукту. У другому розділі особлива увага приділена аналізу природного, історико-культурного та інфраструктурного потенціалу Львівщини, що становить основу для розвитку екскурсійних маршрутів. Здійснено SWOT- і PEST-аналізи, які дозволили виявити сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості й загрози в розвитку екскурсійної галузі як у межах регіону, так і в загальноукраїнському контексті. Львів розглядається як провідна дестинація та популярний туристичний магніт, що акумулює потоки внутрішніх і міжнародних екскурсантів. У третьому розділі роботи подано рекомендації щодо сталого розвитку екскурсійної діяльності у Львівській області, обґрунтовано актуальність цифровізації та впровадження інновацій у сфері екскурсій. Проаналізовано також зарубіжний досвід використання туристично-рекреаційного потенціалу сільських територій у контексті розвитку екскурсій як засобу підвищення привабливості регіонів та формування нових туристичних продуктів. Четвертий розділ охоплює питання охорони праці, що підкреслює комплексність дослідження. Загалом результати дослідження можуть бути використані органами місцевого самоврядування, туристичними організаціями та закладами освіти для формування ефективної стратегії розвитку екскурсійної сфери в регіоні.

Annotation The qualification work is devoted to the study of the current state and prospects for the development of excursion activities in the Lviv region as one of the key areas of tourist and recreational activities in the region. The first chapter of the work analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of excursion activity in Ukraine and the world, clarifies the conceptual framework, defines the functions, classification and role of excursions in the formation of a tourist product. In the second section, special attention is paid to the analysis of the natural, historical, cultural and infrastructural potential of Lviv region, which is the basis for the development of excursion routes. SWOT and PEST analyzes were carried out, which allowed to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of the excursion industry both within the region and in the all-Ukrainian context. Lviv is seen as a leading destination and a popular tourist magnet that accumulates flows of domestic and international tourists. The third section of the paper presents recommendations for the sustainable development of excursion activities in the Lviv region, substantiates the relevance of digitalization and the introduction of innovations in the field of excursions. The foreign experience of using the tourist and recreational potential of rural areas in the context of developing excursions as a means of increasing the attractiveness of regions and creating new tourist products is also analyzed. The fourth section covers labor protection issues, which emphasizes the complexity of the study. In general, the results of the study can be used by local governments, tourism organizations, and educational institutions to formulate an effective strategy for the development of the excursion industry in the region
