Автоматизація хлібопекарної печі типу ПХС-25 з використанням мікропроцесорного контролера Modicon M340

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі бакалавра розглянуто питання автоматизації технологічного процесу випікання хліба в хлібопекарній печі типу ПХС-25 з використанням мікропроцесорного контролера Modicon M340. Проведено аналіз технології випікання, визначено основні параметри процесу та їх допустимі відхилення. Обґрунтовано вибір координат контролю, регулювання, сигналізації та захисту. Запропоновано функціональну схему автоматизації, виконано вибір засобів автоматизації, зокрема первинних перетворювачів, виконавчих механізмів та контролера. Розроблено програму функціонування системи автоматичного керування та описано принципову електричну схему зовнішніх з’єднань контролера. Здійснено розрахунок та моделювання системи автоматичного регулювання температури в першій зоні печі. Отримано динамічну модель об’єкта, визначено оптимальні параметри регулятора. Проведено дослідження перехідних процесів і оцінено якість регулювання відповідно до встановлених критеріїв.The bachelor's qualification work considers the issue of automation of the technological process of baking bread in a bakery oven of the ПХС -25 type using a Modicon M340 microprocessor controller. An analysis of the baking technology was carried out, the main parameters of the process and their permissible deviations were determined. The choice of control, regulation, signaling and protection coordinates was justified. A functional automation scheme was proposed, automation means were selected, in particula r primary converters, actuators and a controller. A program for the functioning of the automatic control system was developed and a schematic electrical diagram of the external connections of the controller was described. The calculation and modeling of the automatic temperature control system in the first zone of the oven was carried out. A dynamic model of the object was obtained, the optimal parameters of the controller were determined. A study of transient processes was carried out and the quality of regulation was assessed in accordance with the established criteria.
