An analysis of the economic activity and energy supply of OJSC “Agrotechservice” in Stryi district of Lviv region is carried out. The calculation of heat losses by a residential building was carried out, on the basis of which the heating system was substantiated and selected with the determination of the number of heating elements for each of the premises. The scheme of the heating system is developed. The expediency of using solar energy as an alternative energy source in the boiler room for the hot water system is shown. For this purpose, an automated system for the joint operation of the solar collector and the boiler has been developed using modern equipment for its automation. Environmental and labor protection issues are covered, and recommendations for their improvement are given. The technical and economic calculations confirmed the feasibility of using the proposed heat supply system for a residential building.
