Streszczenie:
В кваліфікаційній роботі розглядається теоретико-методологічне
обґрунтування антикризового управління аграрним підприємством.
Подається організаційно-економічна характеристика об’єкту
дослідження, проводиться аналіз передумов виникнення кризових ситуацій
та явищ в діяльності досліджуваного підприємства.
На основі результатів проведеного аналізу пропонується
вдосконалення механізму антикризового управління в досліджуваному
підприємстві. The qualification paper examines the theoretical and methodological
justification of the anti-crisis management of the agricultural enterprise.
The organizational and economic characteristics of the research object are
given, the prerequisites for the emergence of crisis situations and phenomena in the
activity of the investigated enterprise are analyzed.
Based on the results of the analysis, it is proposed to improve the anti-crisis
management mechanism in the investigated enterprise.
