An analysis of existing gripping devices for loading and unloading operations and means of their application in technological operations is provided.
Based on the analyzed technologies and analogues of the machine, the machine was improved, the design parameters of individual units of the crane and the gripping device for cylindrical parts were calculated.
Measures have been developed to ensure labor protection during the use of a gripping device.
The technical and economic indicators of the implementation of the project into production were calculated, in particular profitability, payback period.
