У кваліфікаційній роботі висвітлено теоретико-методологічні основи
вивчення, оцінки та управління персоналом на підприємстві: визначено сутність
та підходи до розуміння управління персоналом. Подано ґрунтовну оцінку
конкурентних переваг підприємства, а також пропозиції щодо удосконалення
управління персоналом у ТЗОВ «Буський консервний завод». The qualification work highlights the theoretical and methodological
foundations of the study, assessment and management of personnel at the enterprise:
the essence and approaches to understanding personnel management are determined.
A thorough assessment of the competitive advantages of the enterprise is provided, as
well as proposals for improving personnel management at the Busky Cannery Plant.
