У кваліфікаційній роботі висвітлено теоретико-методологічні основи
вивчення, оцінки та управління підприємством: визначено сутність та підходи до
розуміння організації управління. Подано ґрунтовну оцінку конкурентних
переваг підприємства, а також пропозиції щодо удосконалення організації
управління ПрАТ "Львівський холодокомбінат" з використанням SWOT –
аналізу. The qualification work highlights the theoretical and methodological
foundations of studying, evaluating and managing an enterprise: the essence and
approaches to understanding the management organization are determined. A thorough
assessment of the competitive advantages of the enterprise is provided, as well as
proposals for improving the management organization of PrJSC "Lviv Cold Plant"
using SWOT analysis.
