У кваліфікаційній роботі висвітлено теоретико-методологічні основи
вивчення, оцінки та управління підприємством: визначено сутність та підходи до
розуміння системи управління. Подано ґрунтовну оцінку конкурентних переваг
підприємства, а також пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи управління ТзОВ
«Євро-Комерс». The qualification work highlights the theoretical and methodological
foundations of studying, evaluating and managing an enterprise: the essence and
approaches to understanding the management system are defined. A thorough
assessment of the competitive advantages of the enterprise is provided, as well as
proposals for improving the management system of LLC "Euro-Commerce".
