The qualification thesis presents the theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise management under dynamic changes in the external environment. It provides an analysis of the impact of dynamic external environmental changes on the activities of the private enterprise “Terra Pak.” The work offers recommendations for improving the enterprise management system in the context of dynamic changes in the external environment.
