Streszczenie:
У роботі здійснено системний підхід до аналізу наукових поглядів щодо
автоматизації та інтеграції облікових систем у сфері охорони здоров’я.
Розкрито роль бухгалтерського програмного забезпечення як інструменту
фінансового управління в діяльності медичних закладів. На основі проведеного
аналізу визначено основні функції автоматизованого бухгалтерського обліку в
умовах цифровізації, зокрема інформаційну, контрольну та управлінську.
Обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення процесів формування та обробки
фінансової інформації шляхом інтеграції медичних інформаційних систем із
бухгалтерським програмним забезпеченням. Запропоновано модель
автоматизованого обміну даними про надані медичні послуги та доходи,
визначено вимоги до облікових даних і технологічні інструменти їх передачі.
Обґрунтовано напрями підвищення ефективності фінансового управління
медичними закладами за рахунок застосування сучасних інформаційних
технологій. The paper presents a systematic approach to the analysis of scientific views on
the automation and integration of accounting systems in the healthcare sector. The
role of accounting software as a financial management tool in the activities of
medical institutions is revealed. Based on the conducted research, the main functions
of automated accounting under digitalization conditions are identified, in particular
informational, control and managerial functions. The directions for improving the
processes of formation and processing of financial information through the
integration of medical information systems with accounting software are
substantiated. A model of automated data exchange on provided medical services and
revenues is proposed, the requirements for accounting data and technological tools
for their transmission are defined. The directions for increasing the efficiency of
financial management of medical institutions through the use of modern information
technologies are justified.
