В кваліфікаційній роботі розглядається мотивація як фактор ефективного управління персоналом підприємства. Дається організаційно-економічна характеристика об’єкту дослідження, аналізується система мотивації персоналу у сільськогосподарських підприємствах *** області. На основі результатів проведеного аналізу пропонуються напрями вдосконалення мотивації персоналу у сільськогосподарських підприємствах *** області.
In the qualification work, motivation is considered as a factor of effective personnel management of the enterprise. The organizational and economic characteristics of the research object are given, the personnel motivation system in agricultural enterprises of the *** region is analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, directions for improving the motivation of personnel in agricultural enterprises of the *** region are proposed.
