The article analyzes the state of the hot water supply system of a residential building, the volume of energy consumption, in particular, by the water supply system. The main parameters of the water supply system were calculated and the equipment was selected, as well as the calculation of pumps and control systems. The existing residential water supply systems, their operation and technical inspection are considered, and the optimal electrical control scheme for the pumps of the second water lift station is selected.
