Abstract

В першому розділі роботи подано теоретичні основи оцінки інвестиційної привабливості сільських територій. Де розглянуто сутність інвестиційної привабливості сільських територій та фактори її формування. Також розглянуто методичні підходи для оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості сільських територій. В другому розділі зроблено дослідження та аналіз сучасного стану територіальної громади ******* сільської ради та її інвестиційної привабливості. Також наведена оцінка фінансової спроможності громади. В третьому розділі роботи описано механізми та інструменти підвищення інвестиційної привабливості сільських територій ******* сільської ради, а також результативність інвестицій у розвитку територіальної громади. The first chapter of the work presents the theoretical basis for assessing the investment attractiveness of rural areas. Where the essence of the investment attractiveness of rural areas and the factors of its formation are considered. Methodical approaches for assessing the investment attractiveness of rural areas are also considered. In the second chapter, research and analysis of the current state of the territorial community of the ******* village council and its investment attractiveness is carried out. An assessment of the community's financial capacity is also given. The third section of the work describes the mechanisms and tools for increasing the investment attractiveness of the rural areas of the ******* village council, as well as the effectiveness of investments in the development of the territorial community.
