Науково-методичні засади раціонального використання земель сільськогосподарського призначення

Abstract

Розкрито науково-методичні засади раціонального використання земель сільськогосподарського призначення. Проведено аналіз організації використання земель регіонального рівня. Розглянуто методичні засади організації раціонального землекористування. Запропоновано заходи з раціональної організації використання земель сільськогосподарського призначення на прикладі приватної агрофірми «Світанок», яка розміщена на території Розвадівської територіальної громади. В Розвадівську сільську територіальну громаду входять 9 населених пунктів. Площа громади -107.1 км2. На території ріллі агрофірми “Світанок” проектом передбачено польову 7-ми пільну польову сівозміну з середнім розміром поля 64,9 га та з площею 454,2 га. При проектуванні структури посівних площ враховується також можливість покращення гумусового балансу ґрунту. Порівнявши вартість валової продукції з затратами до проекту та після можна зробити висновок про ефективність за-проваджених заходів, оскільки вартість валової продукції зросла в 1,3 рази. У дипломній роботі також розглянуті питання охорони праці і охорони навколишнього середовища.The scientific and methodical principles of rational use of agricultural land are disclosed. An analysis of the organization of land use at the regional level was carried out. The methodical principles of the organization of rational land use are considered. Measures for the rational organization of the use of agricultural land are proposed on the example of the private agricultural firm "Svitanok", which is located on the territory of the Rozvadiv territorial community. The Rozvadivsk rural territorial community includes 9 settlements. The area of ​​the community is 107.1 km2.The project envisages a 7-field field crop rotation with an average field size of 64.9 hectares and an area of ​​454.2 hectares on the arable land of the "Svitanok" agricultural company. When designing the structure of sown areas, the possibility of improving the humus balance of the soil is also taken into account. By comparing the cost of gross production with costs before and after the project, we can conclude about the effectiveness of the implemented measures, since the cost of gross production increased by 1.3 times. In the diploma work, issues of labor protection and environmental protection are also considered.
