Планувальні рішення при розробці генеральних планів

Abstract

У роботі обґрунтовано теоретичні засади розроблення генеральних планів, розкрито правові засади прийняття планувальних рішень у структурі генеральних планів, досліджено необхідні матеріали для розроблення генерального плану населеного пункту, встановлено призначення генерального плану, проведено аналіз завдань та принципів внесення змін до генерального, подано характеристику території для внесення змін до генерального плану, описано встановлення режиму використання територій в межах внесення змін до генерального плану на основі розподілу території за функціональним призначенням, розміщення забудови, зроблено пропозиції щодо встановлення режиму використання територій та запропоновано заходи з проєктування та реалізації інженерної підготовки для досліджуваної території. The paper substantiates the theoretical foundations of the development of master plans, discloses the legal principles of making planning decisions in the structure of master plans, examines the necessary materials for the development of a master plan of a settlement, establishes the purpose of the master plan, analyzes the tasks and principles of making changes to the master plan, provides a description of the territory for making changes to the master plan, described the establishment of the territory use regime within the framework of making changes to the master plan based on the distribution of the territory by functional purpose, the placement of buildings, proposals were made to establish the territory use regime, and proposed measures for the design and implementation of engineering preparation for the studied territory.
