Сучасний стан та перспективи післявоєнного відновлення сфери туризму в Україні.

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню сучасного стану та перспектив післявоєнного відновлення сфери туризму в Україні. В першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розкрито сутність туризму як складової економічного комплексу, описано ресурсні складові та потенціал розвитку сфери туризму, досліджено особливості міжнародного досвіду розвитку сфери туризму в післявоєнних умовах. В другому розділі дослідження проведено аналіз сучасного стану розвитку сфери туризму в Україні, зроблено оцінку прямих втрат туристичного бізнесу України в умовах війни. За результатами аналізу зроблено висновок, що основними перешкодами для нормальної роботи туристичної галузі України в сучасних умовах є: зменшення світових в’їзних туристичних потоків через заборону польотів в Україну та ризики для безпеки перебування в різних регіонах України; значна шкода туристичній інфраструктурі, а саме: готелям, музеям, театрам, історичним будівлям тощо; відтік інвестицій з українського ринку туристичних послуг. В третьому розділі роботи розроблено шляхи розвитку туристичної сфери України в умовах післявоєнного відновлення, окреслено перспективи розвитку незвичайних видів туризму на території України після закінчення російсько-української війни, обґрунтовано необхідність посилення ролі туризму як способу психологічної реабілітації для громадян України. На основі здійсненого аналізу втрат туристичного бізнесу України від війни запропоновано комплекс заходів поетапного відновлення діяльності туристичної сфери: фінансове забезпечення; територіальне вдосконалення туристичних потоків; галузева оптимізація. Annotation The qualification work is devoted to the study of the current state and prospects of the post-war recovery of tourism in Ukraine. In the first chapter of the qualifying master's thesis, the essence of tourism as a component of the economic complex is revealed, the resource components and potential of the development of the tourism sphere are described, the peculiarities of the international experience of the development of the tourism sphere in post-war conditions are investigated. In the second section of the study, an analysis of the current state of development of the tourism sector in Ukraine was carried out, an assessment of the direct losses of the tourism business of Ukraine during the war was made. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the main obstacles to the normal operation of the tourist industry of Ukraine in modern conditions are: a decrease in the world inbound tourist flows due to the ban on flights to Ukraine and risks to the safety of staying in different regions of Ukraine; significant damage to tourist infrastructure, namely: hotels, museums, theaters, historical buildings, etc.; outflow of investments from the Ukrainian market of tourist services. In the third section of the work, the ways of development of the tourism sphere of Ukraine in the conditions of post-war recovery are developed, the prospects for the development of unusual types of tourism on the territory of Ukraine after the end of the Russian-Ukrainian war are outlined, the need to strengthen the role of tourism as a method of psychological rehabilitation for the citizens of Ukraine is substantiated. On the basis of the analysis of the losses of the tourism business of Ukraine from the war, a set of measures for the gradual recovery of the tourism sector is proposed: financial support; territorial improvement of tourist flows; industry optimization.
