ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ РАЦІОНАЛЬНОГО ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЗЕМЕЛЬ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКОГО ПРИЗНАЧЕННЯ

Abstract

У дипломній роботі теоретично узагальнено результати наявних досліджень вітчизняних шкіл агроекології, грунтознавства, правознавства в аспекті сільськогосподарського землекористування. Застосовано міжнародну практику та публікації радянського періоду досліджень, які послужили основою запропонованого підходу до рішення теоретико-методологічного питання у галузі вдосконалення інституційної основи організаційно- економічної перспективи забезпечення збалансованого використання земель сільськогосподарського призначення. Вагомим аспектом пропонованого підходу є інституційне вдосконалення у напрямку забезпечення формування оновлених організаційно-економічних умов розвитку підгалузі рослинництва, за яких відповідальність землекористувачів за якісні характеристики ґрунтового покриву підвищується. Запропоновано схему організаційно-економічного вдосконалення проведення землеохоронних заходів, котрі спрямовані на формування екологічно стійких агроландшафтів.The diploma work theoretically summarizes the results of the existing researches of domestic schools of agroecology, soil science, law in the aspect of agricultural land use. International practice and research publications of the Soviet period were applied, which served as the basis of the proposed approach to solving the theoretical and methodological issue in the field of improving the institutional basis of the organizational and economic perspective of ensuring the balanced use of agricultural land. An important aspect of the proposed approach is institutional improvement in the direction of ensuring the formation of updated organizational and economic conditions for the development of the crop production sub-sector, under which the responsibility of land users for the qualitative characteristics of the soil cover increases. A scheme of organizational and economic improvement of land conservation measures aimed at the formation of ecologically sustainable agro-landscapes is proposed.
