Готельний бізнес в Україні: тенденції та перспективи

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі висвітлено історію становлення готельного бізнесу, загальну характеристику сучасних комплексів і послуг закладів готельної галузі та методологічні засади розвитку готельного бізнесу. Проаналізовано характерні особливості розвитку готельної справи в західних областях України, зокрема, беручи до уваги показники діяльності галузі гостинності у Львівській, Івано-Франківській, Закарпатській областях. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану ринку готельних послуг на прикладі готельного комплексу Radisson Blu (Буковель). Запропоновано основні тенденції розвитку, інноваційні підходи та напрями вдосконалення діяльності підприємств готельного господарства України, окреслено перспективи розвитку українського готельного бізнесу в умовах глобальних викликів. The qualification work covers the history of the establishment of the hotel business, the general characteristics of modern complexes and services of the hotel industry, and the methodological foundations of the development of the hotel business. The characteristic features of the development of the hotel business in the western regions of Ukraine are analyzed, in particular, taking into account the indicators of the hospitality industry in the Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Zakarpattia regions. An analysis of the current state of the hotel services market was carried out on the example of the Radisson Blu hotel complex (Bukovel). The main development trends, innovative approaches and directions for improving the activities of Ukrainian hotel enterprises are proposed, and the prospects for the development of the Ukrainian hotel business in the face of global challenges are outlined.
