У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретичні та практичні аспекти формування та використання туристичного потенціалу територіальної громади. Метою дослідження є обґрунтуванні теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо оцінки та використання туристичного потенціалу територіальних громад. Робота складається з трьох розділів: у першому розділі проаналізовано сутність туристичного потенціалу громад, ідентифіковано його основні характеристики, структуру, особливості та різні методики його оцінки; у другому розділі проведено аналіз туристичного потенціалу Добротвірської об’єднаної територіальної громади в контексті її стратегічного розвитку; у третьому розділі обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення використання наявних туристично-рекреаційних ресурсів, стратегічні напрямки розвитку туристичного потенціалу, а також запропоновано нові види туристичної пропозиції з врахуванням світового і вітчизняного досвіду та формування бренду території. Результати дослідження можуть бути основою для розробки нової стратегії розвитку туризму в територіальній громаді. Cybulko, Y.V. Lviv, 2025. 86 p. The thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and use of the tourism potential of a territorial community. The aim of the study is to substantiate theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for assessing and using the tourism potential of territorial communities. The work consists of three chapters: the first chapter analyzes the essence of the tourism potential of communities, identifies its main characteristics, structure, features, and various methods of its assessment; the second chapter analyzes the tourism potential of the Dobrotvirska united territorial community in the context of its strategic development; the third section substantiates proposals for improving the use of existing tourism and recreational resources, strategic directions for the development of tourism potential, and proposes new types of tourism offerings, taking into account global and domestic experience and the formation of a brand for the territory. The results of the study can serve as a basis for developing a new tourism development strategy in the territorial community.
