Організація та перспективи розвитку інклюзивного туризму в Україні

Abstract

АНОТАЦІЯ Кваліфікаційна робота на тему «Організація та перспективи розвитку інклюзивного туризму в Україні» присвячена дослідженню сучасного стану та проблем функціонування сфери інклюзивного туризму в Україні, а також обґрунтуванню напрямів його розвитку в умовах сьогодення. В першому розділі «Теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження інклзивного туризму» розкрито сутність поняття «інклюзивний туризм», його соціально-економічне значення, чинники розвитку та особливості організації. У другому розділі «Аналіз сучасного стану та проблем організації інклюзивного туризму в Україні» здійснено комплексну оцінку середовища розвитку цього сегменту туристичного ринку. Проаналізовано динаміку та структуру осіб з обмеженими можливостями у регіональному вимірі, дано характеристику доступності інфраструктури для осіб з інвалідністю. У третьому розділі «Перспективи розвитку інклюзивного туризму в Україні» описано міжнародний досвід організації інклюзивного туризму та можливості його реалізації в Україні. Здійснено стратегічний аналіз розвитку інклюзивного туризму та визначено його перспективні напрями. ANNOTATION The qualification work "Inclusive tourism organisation and development perspectives in Ukraine " is dedicated to the study of the current state and problems of the functioning of the inclusive tourism in Ukraine, as well as the justification of its development directions at present time. In the first chapter, "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of inclusive tourism", the essence of the concept of "inclusive tourism", its socioeconomic significance, development factors and peculiarities of the organization are revealed. In the second chapter "Analysis of the current state and problems of the organization of inclusive tourism in Ukraine" a comprehensive assessment of the environment for the development of this tourism market segment is carried out. The dynamics and structure of persons with disabilities in the regional dimension are analyzed, and the characteristics of infrastructure accessibility for persons with disabilities are given. The third chapter "Development perspectives of inclusive tourism in Ukraine" describes the international experience of inclusive tourism organization and the possibilities of its implementation in Ukraine. A strategic analysis of the of inclusive tourism development was carried out and its perspective directions were determined.
