Обґрунтування параметрів машини RM-51 для подрібнення деревини

Abstract

Проведено огляд та аналіз конструктивних пристроїв для подрібнення деревини. Проведено аналіз конструктивних і технологічних розрахунків в цілому та його складових елементів, змодельовано їх взаємозалежність та обґрунтовано оптимальні конструктивні параметри машини для подрібнення деревини RM-51. В результаті розроблених теоретичних основ конструктивного розрахунку та математичного моделювання здійснено обґрунтування, конструктивне узгодження параметрів машини для подрібнення деревини RM-51. An overview and analysis of structural devices for wood grinding was carried out. The analysis of structural and technological calculations as a whole and its constituent elements was carried out, their interdependence was modeled and the optimal design parameters of the RM-51 wood chipping machine were substantiated. As a result of the developed theoretical bases of structural calculation and mathematical modeling, the justification and structural coordination of the parameters of the RM-51 wood chipping machine were carried out.
