Агротуризм як вид підприємницької діяльності на селі

Abstract

Обґрунтовано теоретико-методичні засади та прикладні положення агротуристичної діяльності, запропоновано наукові підходи до удосконалення процесу реалізації економічних механізмів стимулювання та розвитку підприємництва у сфері агротуризму. З’ясовано суть регіональний туристично-рекреаційний потенціал і ринок агротуристичних послуг. Наведено результати анкетного опитування, що дало змогу оцінити наявний стан розвитку агротуризму, виявити поточні проблеми, з’ясувати основні чинники, які стримують агротуристичну діяльність та сприяють її розвитку. Удосконалено комплексний науково-методичний підхід дослідження агротуризму, запропоновано різні види інновацій. Подано прогнозні тенденції розвитку агротуризму до 2025 року. Розроблено модель інноваційного розвитку агротуризму, діяльності агротуристичного кластера та міжкластерної співпраці з надання агротуристичних послуг. Для науковців, аспірантів, студентів, практиків та спеціалістів у сфері сільського зеленого туризму та агротуризму.

The theoretical and methodological foundations and applied provisions of agrotourism activities are substantiated, scientific approaches to improving the process of implementing economic mechanisms for stimulating and developing entrepreneurship in the field of agrotourism are proposed. The essence of agritourism, its importance, place in the tourism and agricultural business, as well as the main patterns of agritourism activity are clarified. The dynamics and prerequisites for the development of agritourism are studied and the regional tourist and recreational potential and the market for agritourism services are analyzed. The results of a questionnaire survey are presented, which made it possible to assess the current state of agritourism development, identify current problems, and find out the main factors that hinder agritourism activities and promote its development. A comprehensive scientific and methodological approach to the study of agritourism has been improved, and various types of innovations have been proposed. Forecast trends in the development of agritourism until 2025 are presented. A model of innovative development of agritourism, agritourism cluster activities and intercluster cooperation in the provision of agritourism services has been developed. For scientists, postgraduates, students, practitioners and specialists in the field of rural green tourism and agritourism.
